certify that you are the owner of all Material submitted to us, or that you have obtained permission from the

music, graphics, backgrounds and animation owned by D & D Media Services are the only exceptions. You video
(analog or digital), music and/or text.
You are solely responsible for, and assume all copyright liability for all Content you submit.
You agree to indemnify and hold D & D Media Services, and its respective representatives, licensees,
successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim
or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of, Content you
provide, your use of our Services, your connection to the Services, your violation of the Terms of Service, or
your violation of any rights of another.

You expressly understand and agree that D & D Media Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages to, theft or loss of
the Content you provide, damage to DVD players, computers, or other equipment, loss of profits, goodwill, use,
data or other intangible losses, resulting from, but not limited to, product defects, accident, misuse, acts of God
or other circumstances.
5. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and D & D Media Services shall be governed by the laws
of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and D & D Media Services agree to
submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Montgomery County, Conroe.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service, which
constitutes the entire agreement between you and D & D Media Services, and governs your use of the Services,
superseding any prior agreements between you and D & D Media Services (including, but not limited to, any prior
